This home abdominal workout is basically a circuit of ab exercises (several interconnected) that should be performed in a circuit (continues until all sets and repetitions are performed).
Each exercise is designed to operate from a different angle of your abs. By the end of the circuit, you’ve worked all the muscles of your abs.
This ab circuit training can be operated on the end of your regular workout routine.
